Hello Dharma Friends!
This Fall, we will be publishing the next installment of The Great Perfection of Wisdom Treatise, fascicles 36–40! We will also be printing a new French translation of Le Dharma du Bouddha: Pur et simple (佛法的真義; The Buddha-Dharma: Pure and Simple). This three-volume set includes (I) Les principes Bouddhistes (佛法義理; Buddhist Doctrine), (II) Les pensées Bouddhistes (佛法思想; Buddhist Thought), and (III) Les connaissances usuelles Bouddhistes (佛教常識; Buddhist Common Sense).
In addition, many of our English booklets from our Buddhism in Every Step series are being reprinted. These are based on the writings and lectures of Venerable Master Hsing Yun. The Great Perfection of Wisdom Treatise, Fascicles 36–40
The treatise continues to discuss how great bodhisattvas surpass the sravaka and pratyekabuddha states and how they cultivate in correspondence with the perfection of prajna wisdom, thereby progressing in the deeds of a bodhisattva. It elaborates on the different kinds of bodhisattvas, their rebirth destinations, and the courses of progress they experience, highlighting the benefits of practicing the six perfections.
The treatise also discusses attaining the purity of the five eyes, the supernatural powers, and so on up to the wisdom of all aspects. It expounds on the Buddha’s predictions as to who will attain enlightenment and his emphasis on all wholesomeness existing because of bodhisattvas. Learn more.

Le Dharma du Bouddha
The Buddha-Dharma: Pure and Simple)
Written by Venerable Master Hsing Yun
